Number-crunching, which was the original purpose of computers and software, has now evolved computers and software to now include databases, spreadsheets, graphical user interfaces, desktop publishing, The Web, iPhones, IOT (the Internet of Things) and so much more.
Over the past 80 years, many more uses of these machines, and their software, had been developed, used and then supplanted by better products. And, today’s current environment will seem like “the stone ages” in just another decade.
At the direction of our clients, we gathered facts through primary and secondary research, structured and unstructured interviews, surveys, etc. in support their specific projects. We were responsible for the design, analysis (customer, financial, operational) and the presentation of data. Our clients told us what they wanted and we made it happen.
