Computer Support Services Coalition acts in a surrogate capacity representing the data processing interests of your firm. Serving as a consultant to your firm, CSSC will perform any of, but not limited to, the following tasks:

- Establish site policies and procedures,
- Train personnel,
- Troubleshoot site problems,
- Interface with hardware vendors and software publishers to solve issues,
- Serve as a backup to your application SMEs (Subject-Matter Experts) during their absences or transition,
- Serve as a backup to your CIO, or equivalent, during a during his/her absences or transition,
- Serve as your off-hours “help desk”,
- Serve as your data processing site-management although off-site.

CSSC’s site management billing rate is charged per man-hour expended on an as-needed basis against an annual retainer.
In order for us to serve as a backup for any of your application SMEs, your firm would be billed for our training time and our out-of-pocket expenses, if travel is required. Additionally, you would incur the expenses for training charged by the software publisher.
A contract, which would be customized based upon your needs, is available for inspection. All contracts include a NDA and other agreements designed to protect your firm’s confidentiality and operating methods. We will work closely with your legal department to make sure that all eventualities, that could be anticipated, are included.
